摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical application of plasma free fatty acid (NEFA), lipoprotein phospholipase A2 (lp-pla2), and free fatty acid in patients with ischemic stroke. Methods 80 patients with ischemic stroke diagnosed in the department of neurology of our hospital were collected as subjects, including 25 patients in the normal blood pressure group and 55 patients in the hypertension group; and 90 patients in the physical examination center of our hospital were selected as a control group. The plasma lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 was detected by ELISA, and NEFA concentration by nephelometry. Results The plasma LP-PLA2 and NEFA concentrations were (106.05±25.13)ng/ml and (0.56±0.30) mmol/L in the ischemic stroke patients, and were (92.30±20.70) ng/ml and (0.43±0.17) mmol/L in the control group (both P < 0.05). The plasma LP-PLA2 and NEFA concentrations were (109.50±21.30) ng/ml and (0.74±0.21) mmol/L in the hypertension group, and the were (97.80±23.40)ng/ml and (0.56 ±0.30) mmol/L in the normal blood pressure group (both P< 0.05). The concentration of NEFA was(0.66±0.30) mmol/L in group H3, (0.65±0.20) mmol/L in group H2, and&nbsp;(0.63±0.31) mmol/L I group, with no statistical differences. Conclusion Plasma LP-PLA2 and NEFA levels are risk factors for ischemic stroke, and patients with hypertension are more prone to ischemic stroke.
