延续性护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病依从性及肺功能的应用效果
Effect of continuous nursing on compliance and pulmonary function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of continuous care on rehabilitation compliance, pulmonary function, and quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods A total of 122 patients with COPD admitted to our hospital from May, 2015 to October, 2017 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group according to the digital table method, 61 for each group. The control group were given routine basic nursing; in addition, the observation group underwent continuous nursing intervention. The clinical effects of the two groups after discharge were compared. Results After the nursing care, the PaO2, FEV1, PEF, and PaCO2 were (76.85±5.54) mmHg, (68.19±16.72)％, (65.87±13.92)％, and (41.94±3.39) mmHg in the observation group, which were significantly better than those in the control group (all P < 0.05). There were no statistical differences in the QOL scores between the two groups before the nursing care (all P > 0.05). After the nursing intervention, the scores of appetite, sleep state, mental state, physical sensation, and health were (78.37±19.25), (81.07±16.51), (66.37±19.75), (72.71±16.28), and (89.01±4.83) in the observation group, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (all P < 0.05). The satisfaction 96.72％ in the observation group, and 80.33％ in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Continuing care for patients with COPD can significantly improve their lung function, quality of life, and nursing satisfaction, so it is worth for popularization and application in clinical nursing.关键词
