Abstract
Objective To analyze the effects of different anesthetic methods on the occurrence of intraoperative atrial fibrillation in elderly patients undergoing chest surgery. Methods 92 elderly patients undergoing thoracic surgery in our hospital from August, 2016 to June, 2018 were selected, and were randomly divided into a study group (46 cases) and a reference group (46 cases). The study group took general and epidural anesthesia, and the reference group general anesthesia. The anesthetic effects of the two groups were evaluated. Results The study group was significantly shorter than the reference group in terms of The complete waking time, extubation time, and spontaneous breathing recovery time were (15.63±3.02) min, (11.29±1.06) min, and (5.25±1.41)min in the study group, and were (32.38±3.50) min, (23.16±2.35) min, and (14.06±2.05)min in the reference group, with statistical differences (all P < 0.05). The incidence of intraoperative atrial fibrillation and concurrent postoperative complications in the reference group. The incidences of intraoperative atrial fibrillation and postoperative operation were 0.00％ and 4.35％ in the study group, and were 8.70％ and 17.39％ in the reference group (all P < 0.05). Conclusion Compared with general anesthesia, general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia can significantly reduce the occurrence of intraoperative atrial fibrillation, and shorten the patients' total awake time, extubation time, spontaneous breathing recovery time, and effectively control the occurrence of postoperative complications.关键词
