摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of nutritional formula on nutritional status and cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods A total of 126 patients with chronic heart failure treated in our hospital from June, 2016 to May, 2018 were divided into a study group and a control group according to random number table, with 63 in each group. The study were given dietary intervention, and the control group traditional intervention, for 3 months. The nutritional status and cardiac function related indicators of the two groups before and after 3 months' intervention were compared. Results After the intervention, the scores of anthropometry, dietary evaluation, overall evaluation, and self-evaluation as well as BW, TSF, UAC, ALB, HDL-C, and LVEF were higher and HbA1c, TC, TG, and LDL-C were lower in the study group than in the control group [(7.2±1.9) vs. (4.9±1.2), (8.1±1.9) vs. (6.3±1.3), (5.6 ±0.8) vs. (4.2±0.3), (4.4±0.7) vs. (3.1±0.4), (65.4±6.8) kg vs. (51.6±4.8) kg, (12.4±1.9) cm vs. (9.2±1.4) cm, (25.6±5.1) cm vs. (21.4±4.4) cm, (36.1±6.8) g/L vs. (28.5±3.5) g/L, (2.5±0.7) mmol/L vs. (1.9±0.5) mmol/L, (0.51±0.08)% vs. (0.37±0.07)%, (6.5±0.7)% vs. (7.9±1.4)%, (4.3±1.1) mmol/L vs. (6.7±1.6) mmol/L, (2.5±0.4) mmol/L vs. (5.7±0.9) mmol/L, and (2.8±0.6) mmol/L vs. (5.3±0.8) mmol/L; all P < 0.05]. Conclusion Optimizing nutritional formula for patients with chronic heart failure can significantly improve their nutritional status, individualized nutritional supplements, facilitate metabolism, and cardiac function.关键词
