摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of applying quantitative evaluation strategy mode in postoperative patients with gastric cancer. Methods 60 postoperative gastric cancer patients receiving routine care from August 2014 to August 2016 were selected as a control group, and another 60 receiving quantitative evaluation strategy mode from September, 2016 to September, 2018 an observation group. The gastrointestinal function, complication rate, and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The time for disappearance of abdominal distension, the time for disappearance of bowel sounds, the time to exhaustion, and the removal time of gastric tube were (3.25±0.79) d, (2.69±0.63) d, (31.87±5.41) h, and (3.42±0.69) d in the observation group, which were shorter than those in the control group (all P < 0.05). The incidence of complications was lower in the observation group than in the control group (6.67% vs. 33.33%, P < 0.05). After 1 month's nursing, the physical, psychological, independent, social, environmental, and spiritual pillar scores were (84.52±10.56), (85.62±8.53), (84.53±9.26), (84.28±8.44), (86.46±9.62), and (87.62±10.96) in the observation group, which were higher than those in the control group (all P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of quantitative evaluation strategy mode in postoperative gastric cancer patients can effectively improve their gastrointestinal function and quality of life, and reduce the incidence of complications, so it is worth for promotion and application.关键词
