Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of interspersed teaching on improving nurses' clinical comprehensive ability, and compare with traditional nursing teaching through the assessment of nurses and theinvestigation of inpatients' satisfaction. Methods a total of 20 nurses were selected from the inpatient department of our department from July, 2018 to February, 2019 by using the control variable method. The nurses were divided into an observation group and a control group, 10 in each. Each nurse was responsible for the nursing of 3 patients during their hospitalization in our department. At the same time, the patients were interviewed and the"ward care service satisfaction consultation form" was filled in. Results The scores of theoretical knowledge, nursing skill, practical skill, management skill, and teaching quality were (93.51±1.11), (94.82±1.55), (88.57±2.16), (91.46±1.24), and (88.71±1.32) in the observation group, which were better than those in the control group (all P < 0.05). The scores of service attitude, professional skill, communication ability, and professional knowledge were (93.15±2.59), (92.64±0.89), (94.35±0.46), and (92.68±1.04), hich were better than those in the control group (all P < 0.05). Conclusion Clinical interpenetration teaching can improve nurses' comprehensive ability, and is worth being generalized.关键词
