Pythagorean Fuzzy Prioritized Aggregation Operators and Its Application in Decision Making

Abstract
As a generalized form of intuitionistic fuzzy sets, Pythagorean fuzzy numbers can better describe the uncertainty in reality. On some issues, the attributes of alternatives often have precedence relation. Aiming at this kind of problems, combining the Pythagorean fuzzy numbers and the prioritized aggregation operators, Pythagorean fuzzy prioritized aggre-gation operators are proposed, including Pythagorean fuzzy prioritized weighted average operator and Pythagorean fuzzy prioritized weighted geometric operator, and their properties are investigated. A method of multiple-criteria decision mak-ing problems in Pythagorean fuzzy prioritized aggregation operators is proposed. Finally, it is applied in the evaluation of service quality of four domestic airlines, and shows the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.关键词
