摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the dangerous environment of coal mine and the difficult cutting operation, complicated operation and low efficiency in mine accident rescue, a downhole cutting device is designed, and cutting tests are carried out on steel plate, bolt and closed wall of downhole equipment, different cutting process parameters are obtained, and the results of cutting process parameters are optimized. The results were as follows: the pressure of cutting steel plate was 40 MPa, the moving speed of the nozzle was 80 mm/min, the target distance was 10 mm, and the abrasive flow rate was 3.2 kg/min. The cutting bolt has a pressure of 35 MPa, a moving speed of 90 mm/min, and a target distance of 8 mm. The pressure of the cutting wall was 44 MPa, and the moving speed was 105 mm/min.
