晚期胃癌转化治疗策略的研究进展✲
Progress of Conversion Therapy for Advanced Gastric Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Gastric cancer is the most common gastrointestinal cancer. Because gastric cancer cells are biologically ac-tive, about 50% of gastric cancer patients are at the advanced stage at the first visit to hospital. These patients can not be treated radically at an early stage. Palliative chemotherapy or best supportive care is the current standard treatment for ad-vanced gastric cancer, and the survival of them is poor. It is possible to obtain radical resection in some patients with ad-vanced gastric cancer who are initially unresectable or potentially resectable through conversion therapy, thus prolonging the survival time. In recent years, conversion therapy gets more and more attention since it provides opportunity for radical treat-ment for patients with advanced gastric cancer and prolongs survival time of them. However, there is no standard for conver-sion therapy at present. This paper reviews the strategy of conversion therapy, and provides references for clinicians in choo-sing treatment options.关键词
