Abstract
Gestational or pregnancy-associated breast cancer is defined as breast cancer that is diagnosed during pregnan-cy, in the first postpartum year, or any time during lactation. And it is a special type of breast cancer with a low incidence. It is prone to be misdiagnosed and miss diagnosed, be relatively late stage at the first visit to hospital, and have axillary lymph node metastasis, poor histological type and comparatively poor prognosis. Treatment options should be selected with extreme caution considering maternal and fetal tolerance to surgical treatment and systemic therapy. This review will combine relevant articles and National Comprehensive Cancer Network Breast Cancer Treatment Guidelines (2019) to summarize and investigate the epidemiology, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of gestational breast cancer.关键词
