Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of blood glucose and lipid on the pathogenesis of patients with os﹣teoarthritis.Methods To investigate the effect of blood glucose and blood lipid on the onset of osteoarthritis.Methods The clinical data of 158 patients with osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from Jan.2017 to Dec.2018 were retro﹣spectively analyzed.They were divided into group A(GP-39 ＜33.64 ng／ml,n＝78)and group B(GP-39 ≥33.64 ng／ml,n＝80)according to the level of serum cartilage glycoprotein-39(GP-39 ).Early osteoarthritis biomarkers and clinical data were analyzed and compared.Factors related to the onset of osteoarthritis were analyzed by univariate and Logistic multivariate analysis.The relationship between blood glucose,blood lipid and various early osteoarthritis markers was analyzed.Results Univariate analysis results showed that there were significant differences in body mass,BMI,permanent wet and dark environment,no exercise,frequently climbing stairs,heavy physical labor occupa﹣tion,family history of osteoarthritis,ApoB,VLDL,FBG,NTX I,MMP-3 and MMP-10 levels between the two groups (P＜0.05).Logistic multivariate analysis showed that high BMI,often in damp and dark environment,no exercise, frequently climbing stairs,heavy physical labor occupation,low VLDL,high FBG,low MMP-3,and low MMP-10 were risk factors for patients with osteoarthritis(P＜0.05).VLDL was positively correlated with MMP-3 and MMP-10 levels,while FBG was positively correlated with MMP-3 and MMP-10 levels.Conclusion High BMI,frequent damp and dark environment,no exercise,frequently climbing stairs,heavy physical labor occupation,low VLDL,high FBG,low MMP-3 and low MMP-10 are risk factors for the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis,while blood glucose and blood lipid may be involved in the occurrence of osteoarthritis.关键词
