Abstract
Objective To establish the reference value of thyroid function serum indexes of pregnant women in Binhai New Area,and to provide reliable laboratory evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid diseases in pregnant women.Methods Serum of 613 pregnant women with different gestational age in TEDA Hospital,the Fifth Central Hospital and Hangu Hospital were collected from Jan.2013 to Jun.2016.Serum free thyroxine(FT4)and thy﹣roid-stimulating hormone(TSH)levels were measured by chemiluminescence.The pregnancy specific serum FT4 and TSH in the normal reference value was estimated by the median value and 95% confidence interval.Results The normal reference ranges of thyroid function of pregnant women with different gestational age in Binhai District were as follows:first trimester(pregnancy 1 ～12 weeks),FT4 10.51 ～19.05 pmol／L,TSH 0.02 ～3.41 mIU／L;second tri﹣mester(pregnancy 13～27 weeks),FT4 9.84 ～19.29 pmol／L,TSH 0.03 ～3.76 mIU／L;last trimester(28 ～40 weeks of pregnancy),FT4 7.39～13.25 pmol／L,TSH 0.50～9.48 mIU／L.Conclusion Monitoring changes of thy﹣roid hormones and setting up normal reference range of thyroid hormone during pregnancy can provide clinical data for diagnosis and treatment of thyroid disease,which will play a certain role in the timely diagnosis and treatment of thy﹣roid dysfunction in local area.关键词
