Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical application of direct skin grafting in popliteal fossa scar contracture after burn in children. Methods From April 2017 to January 2019, 30 children with popliteal scar contracture after burn were selected as the research object. The skin grafting area was directly repaired after medium and thick skin incision. The scar status, knee joint function and quality of life of the patients before and after operation were compared. Results The scar contracture of popliteal fossa was repaired by skin grafting in 30 patients.27 cases healed well. The survival rate of skin flap was 90.00%. The score of postoperative scar status and knee joint function scale (WO) were 90.00% in 30 patients. MAC was lower than that before operation, and the score of concise health status scale (SF-36) was higher than that before operation, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05 ). Conclusion The repair of popliteal scar contracture after bum can effectively improve the scar condition, restore the function of knee joint and improve the quality of life, which can effectively improve the scar condition, restore the function of knee joint and improve the quality of life.关键词
