摘要
Abstract
根据国家气候中心监测,2018年,全国平均气温10.09℃,较常年偏高0.54℃,春、夏季气温创历史新高;全国平均降水量673.8毫米,比常年偏多7％.2018年,生成和登陆台风多、登陆位置偏北、灾损重;低温冷冻害及雪灾频发,损失偏重;夏季暴雨过程频繁,但暴雨洪涝灾害总体偏轻;高温日数多,东北及中东部地区高温极端性突出;区域性和阶段性干旱明显,但影响偏轻;强对流天气少,经济损失偏轻;春季北方沙尘天气少,影响偏轻;阶段性雾霾影响大.与近5年相比,农作物受灾面积、死亡失踪人口以及直接经济损失均明显偏少.关键词
