The Childhood Trauma, Parenting Style and Family Function in Adolescents with Depression
摘要
Abstract
To explore childhood trauma, parenting styles, and family functions in adolescents with depression. Methods: A total of 96 adolescents with depressive disorder were enrolled as the study group, another 96 healthy adolescents matched with the age and gender were enrolled as the control group. The two groups were assessed by the Childhood Trauma Questionnaire-Short Form(CTQ-SF), the Egma Minnen Bardndoms uppforstran (EMBU), the Family assessment device(FAD). Results: The scores of the emotional abuse factor (t=4.6154, P=0.0000), emotional neglect factor (t=4.0670, P=0.0001)and total scores of CTQ-SF (t=5.2431, P=0.0000) in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The score of mother's emotional warmth and understanding care (t=－2.1265, P=0.0348), father's emotional warmth and understanding care (t=－3.0984, P=0.0022) in the study group were lower than those in the control group. The score of mother refused and denied (t=2.7257, P=0.0070), the mother punishes severely (t=2.7204, P=0.0071), the father punishes severely (t=3.2322, P=0.0014), and the father refuses and denies (t=3.7895, P=0.0002) in the study group were higher than those in the control group. The factor scores of problem solving (t=3.0227, P=0.0029), communication (t=3.0006, P=0.0031), roles (t=3.3780, P=0.0009), affective responsiveness (t=3.9031, P=0.0001), affective involvement (t=4.8471, P=0.0000), behavior control (t=3.6788, P=0.0003) and general functioning (t=5.7201, P=0.0000) in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion: The Adolescent patients with depressive disorder have more childhood trauma. Their parental rearing style and family function have certain problems.关键词
