摘要
Abstract
It is difficult to evaluate an operation scheme with highly uncertain information by traditional methods such as index demonstration and simulation. Based on the idea of group-decision making,the commander＇s experience is used processing with fuzzy information and expert＇s weight. An evaluation method of operation scheme based on evidence theory and intuitionistic fuzzy set is proposed,which could reduce the uncertainties of synthetic results caused by too many multi-elements and realize group-deci?sion making. The example shows that the method can integrate the group experience and wisdom well,and get a consensus evalua?tion result.关键词
