摘要
Abstract
This paper proposes a digital character localization recognition algorithm based on character feature,proposes a new concept:distinguishing vector,and introduces the recognition process and algorithm. The algorithm avoids the complexity of thinning,contour extraction,character cutting,template matching and classifier training,and also avoids the interference of incon?sistent size of the same or different picture characters,which has the advantages of simple computation,easy realization,high effi?ciency and good robustness.关键词
