Abstract
H2PtCl6·6H2O and SnCl2·2H2O were immersed on the spherical alumina carriers,and the obtained carriers were calcined under different atmospheres to obtain catalysts. The catalysts were characterized by XRF,XRD,NH3-TPD,H2-TPR,CO-TPR to analyze the effect of calcination atmospheres on the performance of the catalysts. The results showed that the atmospheres of calcination do not affect the pore structure and crystal structure of the catalysts. The catalyst calcined in chlorine-containing air atmosphere maintained the Cl content,the number of acid centers of the carrier and the acid amount were increased,so that the Pt was better interacted with SnOx and better dispersed. The propane dehydrogenation performances of the catalysts calcined in different atmospheres were investigated. The results showed that the propane conversion rate of the catalyst calcined in chlorine-containing air was significantly higher than that of the catalysts calcined in air or nitrogen. From the initial of the reaction to 50 h after,the conversion of propane decreased from 37% to about 35% and the selectivity to propylene was about 96%.关键词
