摘要

Abstract

According to the viewpoint of layer-controlled tectonics,because of the velocity change of earth,the upper crust would produce cracks first in the earth evolution,these cracks would develop into the normal fault under the stresses which came from the the combined action of the gravity and horizontal forces. Afterwards,The normal fault would continue to develop into Mountain- basin system.In this course, the mantle juice(mantle fluid) which was rich in "H-A-C-O-N-S" would draw up to the surface layer of crust, these "H-A-C-O-N-S"would evolve into the oil,gas and salt finally.If the fault-uplift mountain of Mountain- basin system was pushed and squeezed toward the side strain space by the longitudinal or latitude inertial force coming from the forward or backward meteorite impact. The course would produce the obduction type of superimposed orogens, because of negative pressure action,The mantle fluid which had uplifted in the forming of Mountain- basin system would further entered into the crust,These action would cause the convergence of "H-A-C-O-N-S" which would produce more oil,gas and salt.we discuss the oil-salt-forming mechanism of Songliao Basin,Ordos Basin,Qaidam Basin Salt field,Kuche Basin,Junggar Basin,and predict the exist of oil in North Lop Nor and salt in southwest of Tarim Basin,also explain the oil forming of Anning Salt deposit in Yunnan.
