Intelligence-Led National Mineral Resource Safety & Security Management in the Big Data Environment: Paradigm and Platform

Abstract
In the information ages, especially in the ages of intelligence and big data, it is a general trend to use intelligence and big data to reform and innovate the national mineral resource safety&security management (MRSM). Therefore, a study on the intelligence-led national MRSM in the big data environment is of great theoretical and practical importance. [ Method/Process] From a theoretical perspective, first, this paper defines three basic concepts, namely mineral resource safety &security, mineral resource safety &security big data (MRSBD), and mineral resource safety &security intelligence (MRSI). Then, the paper proposes the intelli-gence-led MRSM paradigm in the big data environment. Finally, the paper constructs a theoretical framework for the national MRSBD cloud platform. [Result/Conclusion]The results show that, the intelligence-led MRSM paradigm in the big data environment includes two parts of " data-driven" and " intelligence-led" , the former is the foundation, and the latter is the means and tools. Moreover, its key foundation is the MRSBD cloud platform.关键词
