高校数字资源社会化服务的用户需求属性分析——基于Kano模型
Attributes of User's Demand of the Socialized Digital Resources Service in Universities: an Analysis Based on the Kano Model

Abstract
Digital resources service is an important form of serving society in universities. To improve the quality of digital resources service and user's satisfaction, it is important to clarify the attributes of user's demand for various digital resources serv-ices. [Method/Process]Using literature method, Delphi method and questionnaire method, the paper firstly constructs a socialized service system of digital resources in universities that includes 5 dimensions and 28 types of digital resources service on the basis of clarifying the connotation of the socialized service of digital resources in universities, combing relevant research literature and conducting brainstorming and expert consultation. Then, the paper classifies the attributes of user's demand of the socialized service of digital resources in universi-ties and analyzes the classification results based on the Kano model and the Better-Worse index. [Result/Conclusion]This article proposes the differentiated management strategies for the socialized service of digital resources in universities according to the influence characteris-tics of different demand attributes on user's satisfaction.关键词
