Abstract
Collect and analyze the latest publications and utilization of books, and provide evidence-based data support for the optimization and adjustment of book resource construction strategies. The study found that the ecosystem of book publishing has shifted to digital knowledge and services;the business model of e-books is more and more similar to journals; publishers value the development of document management software and alternative metrology analysis tools. From the perspective of book utilization, the study found that the library was not the main channel for readers to obtain books;the use of books has a long tail effect, professional niche books and popular books are equally important; readers want to buy paper and electronic books at the same time, electronic books are mainly used for academic research; the amount of borrowing on paper books continues to decrease, the use of e-books is unstable; the service scope of paper books is limited, and students are the main group of borrowing books on paper; based on the above analysis, it is recommended to explore the model of book resource construction based on omnichannel theory; formulate the principle of coordinated collection of paper books and e-books; establish a local PDA recommendation platform for libraries; and strengthen the deep processing and organization of book resources.关键词
