造纸法再造烟叶表面黏附力检测方法的建立及验证
Establishment and verification of method for measuring surface adhesive force of paper-making process reconstituted tobacco

Abstract
In order to evaluate the surface viscidity of reconstituted tobacco, a method for measuring the surface adhesive force of reconstituted tobacco with texture analyzer was established via investigating the preparation conditions of samples and the parameter setting of texture analyzer. The established method was verified with repeatability test and differential analysis. The results showed that: 1) The optimal preparation conditions for reconstituted tobacco samples were equilibrium temperature 30 ℃ at humidity 85% for 24 h. 2) The test conditions of texture analyzer were cylindrical probe, induction force 4.90 N, compression duration 30 s, and elevating speed 20 mm/s. 3) RSD of inter-day repeatability test was 4.72% , the differences between samples were detectable, and there existed significant difference of surface adhesive force between samples from different manufacturers.关键词
