Abstract
To enable the real-time adjustment of glue position on tipping paper, a tuning device for on-line tuning of glue position was designed for ZJ17 cigarette maker based on lever and eccentric shaft mechanisms following analyzing the gluing process. The device is mainly composed of a connecting plate, an adjustable swinging lever and an eccentric shaft. By separating and moving the left guide roller in tipping paper guide roller bracket and varying the length of the path between the gluing roller and paper-cutting drum, the gluing position adjustment was achieved while machine running. A test run was carried out on cigarettes of"Baisha (Prime)"brand in Changsha Cigarette Factory. The results showed that the device could adjust glue position approximately 5 mm forwards or backwards. The adjustment after machine being stopped was reduced by 4.74 times per shift, and the adjustment time was reduced by 12.95 min per shift. This technology provides a support for promoting the operation efficiency of cigarette making machine and cigarette quality.关键词
