Abstract
In order to avoid the jam in packet drying and discharging unit in ZB45 packer due to packet inclination when slim cigarettes were packed, an independently driving system was designed, wherein the cigarette packet drying and discharging unit was driven independently by an AC servo motor through tow round driving belts. By changing control parameters, the conveying belt could be rapidly synchronized with cigarette packets. The modified unit was tested on slim cigarette brand "Hongtashan (Superslim Legend)" in Yuxi Cigarette Factory. The results showed that the frequency of packet jam reduced by 25.3 times per day and machine efficiency was promoted. This method provides a technical support for improving the adaptability of packers.关键词
