摘要

Abstract

For the problem of three-phase asynchronous motor throughout the soft start of the process of current, torque and speed oscillation,firstly,the influence of different factors on the different stages of soft start and its internal causes were studied,secondly,based on the general simulation model of soft start,a method of soft-starting of motor with turn-off angle closed-loop control was proposed,which used turn-off angle plus continuous flow angle equal to the trigger angle mode to sufficiently suppress the oscillation of the motor,during the start of the motor to a smooth process. Finally,the simulation and experimental results show that the method can not only suppress the oscillation of the initial current,torque and speed,but also can effectively suppress the oscillation of the current,torque and speed near the synchronous speed.
