BLDC Speed Sensorless Control Strategy Based on Flux Linkage Function

Abstract
In order to solve the problem of drive control with high speed brushless DC motor(BLDC),a sensorless high speed control scheme for BLDC based on a speed-independent flux linkage function was proposed. First of all,based on the circuit model of BLDC,a flux equation which is suitable for the low speed operation of the motor and have nothing to do with the speed was deduced to ensure the reliable operation of the motor at low speed. Then,the correction strategy for motor at high speed was designed to provide accurate reversing points at high speed, resulting in a closed-loop speed sensorless control system for full speed range. Finally,based on the high speed BLDC driving test platform,the motor control tests within the full speed range were carried out,the test results verify the effectiveness of the new control scheme.关键词
