摘要

Abstract

Power devices such as GaN are used in motor drives. High-frequency drive systems can significantly reduce the size,weight,and cost of the system,but they also cause excessive d u/dt and di/dt. Firstly,the hardware circuit based on GaN power device servo driver was designed,the PCB design in GaN driver circuit was analyzed in detail,and the priority order of PCB parasitic parameters was given. Then the FPGA controller was used to implement the hardware current loop control algorithm. Finally,the simulation and experiment were used to realize speed control of the motor. And these is of great significance for the GaN power devices in the field of motor-driven promotion and application.
