综合术前护理在膀胱癌根治加尿流改道术患者中的作用
Preoperative comprehensive care for patients with bladder cancer treated by radical surgery and urinary diversion

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of preoperative comprehensive care for patients with bladder cancer treated by radical cystectomy and urinary diversion. Methods A total of 82 patients with bladder cancer treated by radical cystectomy and urinary diversion in our hospital from January, 2016 to May, 2018 were enrolled, including 40 patients in the control group and 42 patients in the observation group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group underwent preoperative comprehensive care. The incision infection rate, urinary tract infection rate, dermatitis rate around the stoma, lung infection rate, and anxiety score before admission and after discharge were compared between the two groups. Results There were no statistical differences in incision infection rate (14.3％ vs. 10.0％) and urinary tract infection rate (11.9％ vs. 17.5％) between the two groups. The dermatitis rate around the stoma (4.8％ vs. 22.5) ％) and lung infection rate (7.1％ vs. 27.5％) were lower in the observation group than the control group (both P < 0.05). The anxiety scores at the time of discharge were improved compared with those at admission, and the anxiety score at the time of discharge was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group [(31.52±12.36) vs. (46.69±9.92), P < 0.05]. Conclusion Preoperative comprehensive care for patients undergoing radical surgery and urinary diversion for bladder cancer can reduce some postoperative complications and improve their anxiety.关键词
