摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of antibiotics combined with dipyridamole on the expressions of interleukin-8 (IL-8), IL-10, and nuclear factor-kB (NF-kB) in patients with acute infectious diarrhea. Methods 84 patients with acute infectious diarrhea treated at our hospital from April, 2016 to September, 2018 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, 42 cases for each group. The control group was treated with levofloxacin, and the observation group with levofloxacin and dipyridamole. The expressions of serum IL-8, IL-10, and NF-kB, immune factors, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The serum levels of IL-8,IL-10, and NF-kB after the treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group [(2.10 ±0.56) ng/ml vs. (2.87 ±0.59) ng/ml, (10.56 ±7.24) pg/ml vs. (21.49 ±7.84) pg/ml, (0.07 ±0.03) 450 nm vs. (0.11 ±0.05) 450 nm], with statistical differences (all P < 0.05). The levels of immunoglobulin (IgM), IgA, and IgG in the observation group after the treatment were higher than those in the control group [(0.98 ±0.24) g/L vs. (0.67 ±0.23) g/L, (0.84 ±0.19) g/L vs. (0.52 ±0.16) g/L, and (8.78 ±1.49) g/L vs. (7.32 ±1.43) g/L], with statistical differences (all P < 0.05). There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups during the treatment. Conclusion Levofloxacin combined with dipyridamole can effectively reduce the expressions of serum IL-8, IL-10, and NF-kB and enhance immunity in patients with acute infectious diarrhea.关键词
