Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia on coagulation and fibrinolysis in elderly patients undergoing abdominal surgery. Methods The clinical data of 98 elderly patients undergoing abdominal surgery in our hospital from February, 2016 to March, 2018 were retrospectively collected and divided into a control group and an experimental group according to different anesthetic methods, 49 cases for each group. The control group took general anesthesia, and the experimental group general anesthesia and epidural anesthesia. The restlessness score, recovery time, extubation time, coagulation and fibrinolysis system, and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results The Ramsay score, recovery time, extubation time, and the total incidence of adverse events were (1.65±0.49), (19.62±3.11) min, (7.15±1.85) min, and 4.08% in the experimental group, and were (2.51±0.52), (25.36±2.34) min, (10.26±2.07) min, and 16.33% in the control group, with statistical differences (all P < 0.05). 12 h after the operation, the PLT level was lower and the APTT, FIB, and TT were higher in the experimental group than in the control group [(156.69±34.29)×109/L vs. (126.13±24.22)×109/L, (28.35 ±3.19) s vs. (33.17 ±4.01) s, (4.78 ±1.52) g/L vs. (5.89 ±1.43) g/L, and (14.01 ±2.34) s vs. (15.67 ±2.87) s; all P < 0.05]. Conclusion Epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia can shorten the recovery time and reduce the incidence of adverse events in elderly patients undergoing abdominal surgery, and has little effect on coagulation and fibrinolysis system.关键词
