摘要
Abstract
The clinical pharmacist provided pharmaceutical service for and evaluated the main medication for a patient with endophthalmitis and hepatic abscess. The patient was diagnosed at the ophthalmology department due to eye symptoms. Later, he was found to have hepatic abscess lesions due to whole-body intermittent chills, which was inconsistent with the traditional diagnosis of endophthalmitis symptoms followed by hepatic abscess. Diabetes is a high-risk factor for such patients. In this case, the clinical pharmacist mainly provided pharmacy service for anti-infective treatment measures and blood glucose control for this patient and gave advice to the physicians, which was recognized and understood. By actively providing pharmaceutical services, clinical pharmacists are of great significance in promoting the rational use of medicine by doctors and making it safer and more effective.关键词
