Abstract
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of patients with basal cell carcinoma of auricle. Methods 24 patients with auricle basal cell carcinoma were treated by complete resection of cartilage in the area of safe margin and took primary repair with pedicle musculocutaneous flap at our hospital from January, 2012 to January, 2016. Determined by postoperative pathology, the scope of excision was safe, and no radiotherapy was performed. Results All the 24 patients were cured in one stage after operation, with complete repair of metastatic musculocutaneous flap and hidden surgical traces. No recurrence was found during 2 years postoperative follow-up. Conclusion The safe edge resection of auricle basal cell carcinoma can achieve curative effect in one stage, avoid radiotherapy, and the metastatic musculocutaneous flap can repair the tissue defect to the greatest extent, which guarantees the appearance of beauty, and the material selection is convenient, achieving pathological and psychological bidirectional treatment and highlighting the medical advantages in the treatment of auricle tumor.关键词
