Abstract
Objective To explore the application of wet therapy in the nursing care for calf cavity infection wound and its influence on patient satisfaction. Methods A total of 60 patients with crus cavitation infection admitted to our hospital from January to December, 2018 were selected, and were randomly divided into a control group and a study group using the number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given combined wet therapy nursing. The wound healing time, hospitalization time, hospitalization expenses, and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The wound healing time, hospital stay, and hospitalization expense were (8.1±1.7) d, (20.4±10.6) d, and (1802.6±92.3) yuanin the study group, which were lower than those in the control group (all P < 0.05). The sores of social function, physical function, role function, and cognitive function were (81.7±5.8), (82.3±4.8), (82.5±6.3), and (81.5±5.4) in the study group, which were higher than those in the control group (all P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction was 93.3% in the study group and 73.3% in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the process of nursing care for wounds with cavity infection of leg, the effect of wet therapy and nursing is ideal. It can effectively shorten the treatment time and alleviate patients' pain. At the same time, it can improve patients' satisfaction with nursing and reduce the occurrence of doctor-patient disputes. It should be further popularized and applied in clinic.关键词
