基于医院社区一体化的回馈教学在骨科术后患者便秘管理中的应用

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of feedback teaching based on hospital community integration in constipation management of patients after orthopedic surgery.Methods A total of 123 patients who underwent fracture treatment in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group with the convenient sampling method.61 patients in the control group were given routine orthopedic management intervention,and on the basis 62 patients in the observation group were given feedback teaching intervention based on hospital community integration,continuous intervention for two months.The constipation prevention and control situation of the two groups were compared according to non-abdominal surgery patients constipation score rules and factors.Results Two months after the intervention,6 cases were lost during follow-up,there were 58 cases left in the control group,and 59 cases in the observation group.There was no statistically significant difference in the general data between the two groups (P＞0.05).The score of constipation in the observation group after the operation and two months after the intervention were lower than those in the control group [(3.11±2.42) vs.(5.23±3.57),(2.56±2.14) vs.(4.78±3.25)],with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).The defecation training compliance,abdominal massage compliance,dietary compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (93.22％ vs.72.41％,96.61％ vs.79.31％,91.53％ vs.77.59％),with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).The constipation prevention and control efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (94.92％ vs.77.59％),with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion Feedback teaching management based on hospital community integration plays an important role in improving the prevention and control of constipation after orthopedic surgery.关键词
