摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of real-time video transmission and communication between communication nodes,a mo?bile video communication system is designed and implemented based on embedded ARM and high-power wireless network card. The system includes video capture,video compression,video transmission and video display function modules. By using WLAN/4G base station to access the existing wired network,the video communication between remote and remote nodes is realized. The test re?sults show that the designed video communication system has practical and reliable functions and good performance,and meets the application requirements of video communication among communication nodes.
