摘要

Abstract

Through the analysis of the thermal state model,it is concluded that the stable temperature rise of aviation wires is affected by the actual current thermal load,the insulating material performance,and the surface heat dissipation coefficient and sur?face area changes caused by the hidden defects such as the damage of the insulation layer of the wires. Under the rated working cur?rent,the on-line experiment is carried out according to the degree of recessive defect. Infrared thermal imager is used to extract the"thermal" information of the hidden defect parts and form the temperature spectrum,which reflectes the thermal characteristics and differences to a certain extent. It can be used for reference for the active prevention and online diagnosis of hidden faults in power lines during the installation stage.
