阳极焙烧升温曲线的评估算法研究

Abstract
Heating stage of baking furnace of prebaked anode is an important stage of anode production. In order to evaluate the calcination temperature curve,a model of the relationship between the baking temperature data and the physical and chemical standards data is proposed. The algorithm uses the advantage of GRU to process time series to deal with the temperature data and processes the quality data by using the method of voting after the classification level so as to achieve the purpose of assisting enter?prises to conduct a good assessment of the heating process. First of all,the product quality of the anode block corresponding to the temperature data is predicted by using the GRU algorithm,and then the quality level corresponding to the quality parameter is calcu?lated by using the GBM algorithm,and the quality standards data category calculated is used for verification. Experimental results show that the algorithm can effectively evaluate the temperature heating curve.关键词
