摘要
Abstract
Tailings pond safety evaluation is a typical multi-attribute decision problem. Because of the fuzziness and uncer?tainty of information,it's difficult to use quantitative method solving. According to the Shangluo tailings safety management situa?tion,which can't adapt to the modern safety management requirements;this paper puts forward the comprehensive tailings dam safe?ty evaluation of multi factor model,and provides technical support for the safety construction of the follow-up decision. The decision analysis method combines with the evaluation index system of comprehensive safety of tailings. This paper also proposes the develop?ment of safety factor analysis of uncertain fuzzy model based on the mathematic theory,the level of safety factors evaluation stan?dard,and finally gets the function relation between the degree of membership. Compared with the results of the evaluation standard can meet the requirements of practical evaluation method.关键词
