摘要

Abstract

In this paper,a dynamic generation dispatching model is established with the objective of minimizing generation cost and considering the constraints of the rotating reserve capacity of thermal power units and generators in wind power integrated system. A dynamic solution method based on particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm is proposed. The method establishes the solution space of unit commitment state and updates it to meet the demand of generator rotating reserve capacity when the unit com?mitment state changes within a certain period of time. Operational constraints are checked in adjacent time intervals to ensure that all states in the solution space are valid. Particle swarm optimization(PSO)is used to optimize the load distribution of each unit state. Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the dynamic optimization algorithm is verified through an example of the simulation system.
