血管内介入栓塞合并有颅内肿瘤的动脉瘤的疗效分析
Clinical analysis on endovascular embolization of intracranial aneurysms accompany with brain tumors

Abstract
Objective To explore the safety and efficacy of interventional therapy for intracranial aneurysms with brain tumors.Methods The clinical data of 18 patients of intracranial aneurysms with brain tumors were retrospectively analyzed.15 patients underwent surgical resection after interventional embolization.Among them, 13 underwent coil embolization alone and 2 underwent stent-assisted embolization.Results 15 patients had successful interventional embolization, without obvious complications related to interventional embolization.Tumor resections were successfully carried out after interventional embolization , and 3 patients had craniotomy-related complications, but not related to interventional surgery.The follow-up of 13 patients after operation showed that the embolization of aneurysms was complete without complications related to interventional therapy and craniotomy.Conclusion Interventional embolization is safe and effective for intracranial aneurysms with brain tumors.关键词
