颈动脉内膜剥脱术治疗颈动脉狭窄的临床疗效分析
Clinical efficacy of carotid endarterectomy for carotid artery stenosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of carotid endarterectomy ( CEA ) on carotid stenosis.Methods The clinical data of 54 patients underwent CEA in Ningxia Medical University General Hospital from February 2012 to December 2017 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The postoperative symptoms were relieved or disappeared in 51 patients, including 2 with postoperative regional bleeding ,1 died of pulmonary infection,2 gave up treatment for complications. The follow-up from 1 to 36 months showed 6 patients had mild restenosis at the surgical site , and the conservative treatment was effective.Conclusion CEA is a safe and effective operation for the treatment of carotid stenosis.关键词
