摘要
Abstract
Craniopharyngioma(CP) is a special type of intracranial primary benign tumor with high recurrence rate and poor prognosis, even if surgery combined with radiotherapy or chemotherapy , the treatment effect is not satisfactory.Many new treatments such as intracavitary brachytherapy and intracapsular injection of bleomycin are under study, the preferred method for treatment is still microsurgery.Transsphenoidal approach has a history of more than 100 years in the treatment of craniopharyngioma.Due to the advance of the operating instruments and equipments, neuroendoscopy transsphenoidal surgery has become an important method .This paper reviewed the current status in the treatment of this disease by neuroendoscopy.关键词
