摘要

Abstract

The purposes of the experiment were to clarify the effects of exogenous selenium application on crop yield and Se accumulation rate in plants ,and to explore a technique for the selenium fertilizer application oA w heat . [M ethods]T he pot experiments w ere conducted at w heat research institute of Shanxi Agricultural University in 2017 and 2018 .Three sodium selenite (SS) levels ,i.e.low (8 mg·L -1 ) ,medium (16 mg·L -1 ) ,and high level (24 mg· L -1 ) were tested ,and the pots without SS application served as control treatment .The effects of SS fertilizer at differ‐ent concentrations on the plant grow th characteristics ,yield ,and Se accumulation rate in w heat were determined by testing relative paremeters .[Results] Study results demonstrated that root length ,root surface area ,root volume ,and root w eight were increased in all SS treatments compared toCK by applicating SS fertilizer during anthesis period ,and root senescence process wasalleviated.T he root‐shoot ratio ,selenium content in various organs ,and various forms of selenium accumulation in grains were all improved.Application withlow and medium level of SS fertilizer significantly improved the dried biomass ,1000-grain weight ,and yield by 8~17%,and the low level of SS fertilizer produced a better outcome ,w hile high SS level produced opposite results .In terms of Se content in various organs ,theprecentage of Se accumulation in stem and leaf ,selenate content and theirpercentage in plants ,and selenium methionine content , they all positively reacted to the application rate of SS fertilizer ,w hile the ratio of Se content in grains to that in entire plants and the content and the percentage of organic‐Se in grains to that in entire plants were negatively reacted to the application rates .[Conclusion] T he low level treatment (8mg·L -1 ) of sodium selenite sprayed at anthesis stage effec‐tively increased the accumulation of dried biomass ,increased the weight of 1000 grains ,increased the yield of grain ,fa‐cilitated selenium to move into grains ,increased the content and ratio of organic selenium ,and reduced the content and ratio of inorganic seleniumaccumulation .
