Russulanauseosa ,a new species of Russula from Shanxi Province
摘要
Abstract
Our research was aimed todiscover the new species of wild edible fungi.[M ethods] Eight samples belonging to Russula genus w hich w ere similar in appearance were detected and collected from north regionofLvliangs‐han ,Shanxi Province.Bothof the nrDNA‐ITS data and morphological evidencewere used for the sample identification . [Results] Collected samples were determined to share 99～100% similarity in ITS region w hich indicated that all the eight samples belonging to the same species ,and the results of BLAST analysis with NCBI database demonstrated that collected samples well matched thefeatures of R .nauseosa ,and this feature was also supported by the morphological study results .[Conclusion] All collected samples are belonging to R .nauseosa w hich is a dominant species of Russula genuson the forest floor w here rich with Piceasp and L arix sp .duringsummer and autumn in northern Lvliangshan , Shanxi province ,China.To the best of our know ledge ,this is the first report of R.nauseosa detected in this province and different individuals showed different cap color from w hitish ,pale brow n to purple reddish in this area.关键词
