日光温室钢架结构分析及优化
Analysis and optimization of greenhouse steel frame structure
摘要
Abstract
This study was proposed in order to resolve the issue that solar greenhouse was often collapsed by strong wind and snow precipitation in north China ,and to develop an optimized steel frame structure of solar green‐house.[Methods] The steel structured solar greenhouses which had been widely used in Taigu County Shanxi Province were selected as the research target ,and the material ,size ,force ,and radian of steel skeleton of solar greenhouse were analyzedand optimized using 3D 3S software [Results] The study results demonstrated that when material Q235B w as employed ,and the diameter of the lower chord and the web chord w ere changed to 33 mm and 12 mm ,respectively with the lateral support interval of the lower chord being changed to 1.5 m ,the scheme satisfies the load-carrying capacity of the solar greenhouse under the local wind and snow precipitation conditions [Conclusion] After the optimization ,the load bearing capacity of solar greenhouse was improved ,and energy consumption w as reduced .New design also resulted in the material saving .关键词
