摘要

Abstract

In the large scale production of modern animal husbandry, many factors induce animals’ oxidative stress, such as breeding environment, diet composition, feeding methods and so on. Oxidative stress has a neg?ative effect on the liver function of livestock and poultry, and endangers the health and production of animals. When oxidative stress occurs in the body, a large amount of oxygen free radicals accumulate in the liver cells, damage the liver macromolecular substances, destroy the structure of the liver cells, affect the function of or?ganelles, induce apoptosis of liver cells, and cause a variety of injuries to the liver. In order to provide a theo?retical basis for alleviating the hazards of oxidative stress, this paper reviews the generation of oxidative stress in the body, the effect of oxidative stress on liver function, as well as the possible molecular mechanisms of the effect.[ Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2019, 31(8) :3496?3504]
