Research Progress of Regulation of Fat Metabolism Enzyme Gene by Energy Level and Hormone

Abstract
Fat metabolism includes anabolism and catabolism, both of them determine the deposition of fat in animals. Synthesis and catabolism are mainly determined by the expression of fat metabolism related genes and its related enzyme activities. Therefore, this paper reviewed the effects of expression levels and activities of ac?etyl?coA carboxylase ( ACC) , fatty acid synthase ( FAS) , lipoprotein esterase ( LPL) and hormone?sensitive lipase ( HSL) on fat metabolism, as well as the correlation between fat metabolism enzyme genes and fat depo?sition in animals.[ Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2019, 31(8) :3505?3510]关键词
