果胶酶的酶学特性及其在畜禽生产中的应用
Pectinase: Enzymology Characteristics and Application in Livestock and Poultry Production

Abstract
Pectin is a common anti?nutrient factor in plant feed materials, which will affect the digestion and absorption of nutrients by animals after entering the digestive tract of livestock and poultry. Pectinase is a heter?ogeneous group of related enzymes that can decompose the pecticsubstances. Pectinase cannot be secreted in the body because there is no cell wall structure in animal body cells, it is generally exogenous addition in livestock and poultry production. Adding appropriate levels of pectinase into the diet can improve the performance of ani?mal production and the quality of animal products. The enzymatic properties, mechanism and application effect of pectinase was reviewed in this paper, which provides a theoretical basis and instruction for their application in feed production.[ Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2019, 31(8) :3522?3528]关键词
