玉米皮对生长肉兔的营养价值评定
Nutritional Value Evaluation of Corn Bran for Growing Rabbits

Abstract
The experiment was carried out to evaluate the nutritional value of corn bran for growing rabbits. Thirty?two New Zealand rabbits at 35 days of age with an average weight of (760.33±48.29) g were randomly divided into 4 groups with 8 replicates in each group and 1 rabbit in each replicate. Rabbits in the 4 group were fed the basal diet and 3 kinds of experimental diets. The experimental diets were formulated by 20% of corn bran from different sources and 80% basal diet. The digestion experiment lasted for 15 days, with 11 days for pre?test period, and 4 days for fecal collection period. The results showed as follows: 1) different sources had significant effects on gross energy ( GE) and major nutrient contents of 3 kinds of corn bran ( P<0.01). The means of GE and crude protein ( CP) , crude fiber ( CF) , neutral detergent fiber ( NDF) , acid detergent fiber ( ADF) , acid detergent lignin ( ADL), ether extract ( EE) , crude ash ( Ash) , calcium ( Ca) , total phos?phorus ( TP) and nitrogen?free extract ( NFE ) contents of 3 kinds of corn bran from different sources were 19.84 MJ/kg, 10.54%, 16.32%, 75.32%, 20.23%, 2.18%, 5.54%, 1.12%, 0.49%, 0.05% and 66.48%, respectively. Except for cysteine ( Cys) , lysine ( Lys) and tyrosine ( Tyr) , different sources had significant effects on other amino acid contents of 3 kinds of corn bran ( P<0.05 or P<0.01). The mean contents of argi?nine ( Arg ) , histidine ( His) , isoleucine ( Ile ) , leucine ( Leu ) , Lys, methionine ( Met) , phenylalanine ( Phe) , threonine ( Thr ) and valine ( Val ) of 3 kinds of corn bran from different sources were 0.45%, 0.43%, 0.37%, 1.31%, 0.40%, 0.12%, 0.53%, 0.52% and 0.58%, respectively. 2) Different sources had significant effects on apparent digestibilities of GE, DM, CP, ADL, Ca, TP and NFE of 3 kinds of corn bran ( P<0.01). The means of apparent digestibility of GE, DM, CP, CF, NDF, ADF, ADL, EE, Ash, Ca, TP and NFE of 3 kinds of corn bran from different sources were 33.32%, 34.01%, 70.54%, 13.53%, 20.07%, 10.48%,-0.74%, 85.49%, 47.42%, 29.02%, 26.48% and 23.81%. Except for Thr, Val, asparagic acid ( Asp) , glycine ( Gly) and serine ( Ser) , different sources had significant effects on other amino acid apparent digestibilities of 3 kinds of corn bran ( P<0.05 or P<0.01) , and the means of apparent digestibility of amino acids were all above 60%. In conclusion, the nutritional value of corn bran is high for growing rabbits, but the nutritional values of corn bran from different sources are different.[ Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2019, 31(8) :3674?3681]关键词
